EQuinox Rising Privacy Statement
EQuinox Rising runs a modular programme ‘Step into Success’ and as part of this will collect and store data from participants. This Privacy Statement outlines how this data is collected and stored.
What data will EQuinox Rising collect?
Sensitive, personal data including (but not limited to)
o Email address
o First name
o Last name
o Race
o Nationalityo Sex
o Age
Participants answers to the questions throughout the course
How will the data be collected?
Participants will voluntarily provide us with their data, which will be online, through an individual login into Thinkific
Questionnaires and surveys will be used to capture the data within Thinkific
Where will the data be stored?
In Thinkific which is a cloud-based software
Data will be stored under the participant’s name
Anonymised data will be downloaded to be used for analysis. This will be stored securely within EQuinox Rising’s Microsoft drive.
How long will the data be stored?
Personal and/or sensitive data will be stored for 6 months after the course is completed
Anonymised data will be stored indefinitely for analysis at any point in the future
Why does Equinox Rising need the data and what will they use it for?
• Anonymised data will be analysed to provide results and inform EQuinox Rising’s future decisions
Who will have access to the data?
The data will not be shared with any third party
All current EQuinox Rising employees (or contractors) will have access to the data. They have
all signed internal Data Protection agreements and will only use the data as outlined in this
privacy statement.
Participants have the right to request access to their data or for their data to be deleted at any point
